Things to being for Laos Trip (31 March – 14 April 2007)
What To Bring:
Toiletries (eg. toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo etc.)
6 – 7 sets of clothes & necessary personal clothing (casual and suitable for physical labour).
To wear CE polo and jeans while on official visits.
Sun block
Writing materials/journal plus a pen (to be kept on you at all times)
Sleeping Bag (optional)
Personal medication (if any) (eg panadol, cough, flu etc) -
we will not provide such items in the first aid kit.
Light jacket/Windbreaker
Torchlight
Towel (optional), hand towel
Water bottle
Money - bring enough - change to Thai Baht (Laos don’t accept S$). Recommended: $50-$100 to Thai Baht.
Family pictures/postcards on Singapore or other items to show/share with host
Handphone and charger, camera (optional). You are advised only to call home when you reach Laos. Your parents will be given a CE contact no. to reach you.

· Valuable items such as jewellery, branded watch, laptop, PDA, etc
· Sharp objects such as knives and scissors
Size of Baggage

All passengers are required to undergo security screening and have their hand-carry baggage x-rayed.
passengers are prohibited from carrying any potentially dangerous items on their bodies, in their clothing or in their hand-carry baggage.
Eg: pocket knives, nail files, box cutters, razors, scissors, cockscrews, any sharp / pointed objects, etc. No liquids allowed in hand luggage (eg. Shampoo, drinks, bottled water).
If a passenger needs to carry such items for his or her trip, the items should be packed into the checked baggage.
